  ORDERING:We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders (US Funds only). Our shopping cart is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption (the most powerful encryption available). However, if you prefer you can call us with your credit card information. Any way you choose, you can still use our shopping cart. We are available by telephone 7 days a week 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We usually ship within 48 hours. We will notify you with any exception to this. If there are items on your order that require a quote for shipping charges we will email a quote then wait for your approval before billing your card or mailing your package. Orders waiting for this approval or waiting for payment by mail will be held for 10 days only. Orders paid for by personal Check will be held for 10 days after check is received. We make every effort to keep our site up to date and accurate, but occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. In that case we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, or a suggested substitute if the item was one of a kind. In no case will we bill your credit card before the items are verified to be available and ready to ship. All sizes are approximate and colors may be slightly different due to variances in photography and monitors. If you are not satisfied with a piece, you may simply return it (please see our return policy below). LAYAWAYS:We are happy to do layaways for no additional fee. The terms are 20% down and we will hold the item(s) for up to 3 months. If it is a sizeable order and you need more than that, a payment schedule can be made up. Just let us know, we are flexible. For layaway orders, select "Other" as the payment type at the shopping cart check-out. RETURNS:We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 15 days. We will refund the amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges. Neither the original shipping charges nor the return shipping charges are refundable. The returned item must be in its original condition (new and unworn) and returned INSURED for the purchase price. Return the item to: Silver Feather Jewelry & Gifts WARRANTY:We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please know that jewelry should be cared for. More details on how to care for jewelry are included on this site. Some stone settings are more delicate than others (especially inlay), and some cuff bracelets cannot be adjusted for size at all. However, even with care, occasionally a jewelry piece will have a problem. As long as reasonable care has been given the piece, we will repair or replace it for up to one year after purchase. Sorry, we cannot reimburse shipping charges and we strongly suggest that you mail packages insured as we cannot be responsible for repair items lost in the mail. If you ever need help with an item after a year, let us khow what it is and we can quote the repair for you. MAILING LIST:We may run in-store sales and on-line specials from time to time. If you would like to be notified, just let us know your preferred method, U.S. mail or E-mail. Of course we never share personal information such as names and addresses with everyone else.
