Fossilized Ivory Bear Necklace (3575)

This piece is unique because it includes both fossilized mammoth and walrus ivory! It is a fun piece, a polar bear hanging onto a fish, measuring about 2" long. The ivory is found in the ground in Alaska and Canada and can be dated back 5,000 years ago. Colors will vary as each beautiful piece of ancient ivory is uniquely tinted by earthen minerals. The piece is sterling silver, designed in New Zealand and handcrafted in Bali. It comes with a sterling silver snake chain, please choose your desired length.
