 PRIVACY POLICY:
Our customer's privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not give out or share your telephone number, credit card information, physical address, email addresses, or any personal information. Our website utilizes SSR encryption for credit card transactions. You also have the option of using PayPal or simply call us. See "ordering" for details.

ORDERING: 
We hope you find our site easy to maneuver and find exactly what you are looking for. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, and money orders (US funds only). Our shopping cart is secure for credit card use, however if you prefer, you can call us with your credit card information or mail a money order to the address below. We are available by telephone 7 days a week 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.

SHIPPING:

We currently ship to United States and Canada addresses only. We usually ship within 48 hours by U.S. Priority Mail. We will notify you with exceptions to this. Orders that are waiting for payment via mail or telephone will be held for 10 days only. 

Free shipping on most orders over $100.00! Exceptions to this are items that require a box over 12" long or weigh more than 5 lbs. You can check the cost of shipping at anytime going to view cart then estimate shipping and tax. 

We make every effort to keep our site up to date, but occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. In that case we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, or a suggested substitute if the item was a one of a kind.

LAYAWAYS:
We are happy to do layaways for no additional fee. The terms are 20% down and we will hold the item(s) for up to 3 months. Sorry, layaway orders cannot be made through the online shopping cart. You can email or call us with the description and item number(s) and we will take it from there.

RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 15 days and we will refund the amount of the purchase. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you will have to pick up that cost. The returned item must be in its original condition (new and unworn) and returned INSURED for the purchase price.

DISCLAIMER:
Pictures and colors are not perfect recreations of actual items. Every effort has been made to insure that the pictures and colors are as realistic as possible. Some variation due to photography, lighting, and electronic transmission is inevitable. All measurements are approximations, intended to give an idea of actual sizes. If any product does not meet your expectations return it for a full refund (please see our return policy).

WARRANTY:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please know that jewelry should be cared for. More details on how to care for jewelry are included on this site. Some stone settings are more delicate than others (especially inlay), and some cuff bracelets cannot be adjusted for size at all. However, even with reasonable care, occasionally a jewelry piece will have a problem. As long as reasonable care has been given to the piece, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) for up to one year after purchase. Sorry, we cannot reimburse shipping charges and we strongly suggest that you mail packages insured, as we cannot be responsible for repair items lost in the mail. If you ever need help with an item after a year, let us know what it is and we can quote the repair for you. Our quotes are usually substantially less than other jewelers as we basically do them at cost.

We may run in-store sales and on-line specials from time to time. If you would like to be notified, just let us know your preferred method, U.S mail or E-mail. Of course we never share personal information such as names and addresses with anyone else; this would be for the sole use of SILVER FEATHER JEWELRY & GIFTS.
