Wampum Shell Pendant (3814)

Beautiful Wampum Shell inlaid bear. This pendant is stunning. Set in sterling silver, it measures 1" x 3/4".

Wampum is created from the shell of a clam found on the New England coast. Only a small percentage of Wampum shells have deep layers of purple and are thick enough to make beads and cabochons. It was the first Native American currency. Making this stone very special.
